Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to drive paid search, SEO, and AI optimization initiatives from our Maryland or Philadelphia locations, with remote work as needed.

You will support the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, manage end-to-end paid search campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock growth across Live! brands. A strong analytics mindset and 2–3 years in search are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Proficient in GA4; Certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years managing search campaigns.
• 2–4+ years total work experience in a business or agency.
• Experience managing paid search campaigns end-to-end.
• Ability to build reports in Google Ads and GA4.
• Knowledge of GTM, Semrush, ReviewTrackers is a plus.
• Sitecore experience is a plus; understanding of schemas.
• Proficient with Monday.com and project-tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in paid search account management.
• Manage daily paid search activities: bidding, budgeting, forecasting, testing.
• Conduct keyword research and write ad copy; establish bidding strategies.
• Assist in paid search strategies and testing projects.
• Support SEO efforts with internal teams and agency partners.
• Monitor SEO using SEMrush, GSC, and GA4; identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor team on SEM best practices and certifications.
• Coordinate with agencies; report performance weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Mentor teams on AI optimizations for paid and organic strategies.
• Prepare and present monthly marketing best practices; ensure data-driven decisions.
