Job summary

Amazon Relay is seeking an SEM specialist to own end‑to‑end paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads from our Bellevue, WA site. You will conduct keyword research, structure campaigns, test ad copy, and optimize landing pages to improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversions.

You will build GA4 dashboards and reports to surface actionable SEM insights, monitor competitive share of voice, and guide bidding decisions in real time. Collaboration with Analytics and Marketing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional or military experience.
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing, Google and Microsoft Ad accounts, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

• SEM Strategy & Campaign Management across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Own end-to-end execution, optimization of paid search campaigns and testing.
• Keyword research, match-type strategy, negative keyword governance, and term analysis.
• Test ad copy, extensions, and landing page strategies with A/B framework.
• Maintain campaign architecture with bidding strategies and scalable growth.
• Establish weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reporting with variance analysis.
