Job summary

Amazon Relay is seeking a driven Paid Acquisition Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid search efforts. This SEM-focused role sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology, impacting full-funnel growth.

You will manage a multi-million dollar SEM portfolio across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, execute keyword strategies, test ad copy, and build GA4 dashboards to surface actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing, Google and Microsoft Ad accounts, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, match-type strategy, negative keyword governance, and ongoing search term analysis.
• Test ad copy, extensions, and landing page strategies using a structured A/B testing framework.
• Maintain rigorous campaign architecture—ad groups, campaign hierarchy, and bidding strategies.
• Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting cadences with variance analysis and forward-looking recommendations.
