Job summary

Amazon is seeking a driven Marketing Specialist for Relay Acquisition Marketing to own and scale paid search campaigns. You will manage SEM across Google and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test ad copies, and build dashboards to track performance.

Experience in Search Engine Marketing, Google and Microsoft Ad accounts, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Performance Max, DSA).
Conduct keyword research, match-type strategy, negative keywords, and search term analysis to maximize relevance and reduce wasted spend.
Test ad copy, extensions, and landing pages with A/B testing to improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversions.
Maintain campaign architecture (ad groups, hierarchy, bidding strategies like tROAS, tCPA, Maximize Conversions) for scalability.
Establish reporting cadences with variance analysis and forward-looking recommendations.
