• 5+ years of hands-on SEM/PPC experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing multiple high-budget paid search accounts simultaneously.
• Deep expertise with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads.
• Perform large-scale keyword audits and maintain negative keyword governance.
• Identify and eliminate fraudulent placements and low-quality traffic sources.
• Own conversion tracking architecture using GA4, GTM, imported conversions, and server-side tagging.
• Build reporting to explain campaign performance, attribution, and business impact.
