Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Associate Selling Team Leader to act as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing business strategy and running daily operations.

You will train and coach a team of sellers to deliver an unforgettable guest experience, hit sales goals, and uphold visual and brand standards. You will lead with integrity, focus on talent development, and ensure operational excellence across all store activities, including safety and asset

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail management role.
• Strong training and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive KPIs and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing productivity and guest loyalty while analyzing trends to guide decisions.
• Lead and develop your team, upholding AEO's customer service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing real-time coaching, conduct team touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews to boost engagement.
• Maintain daily operational procedures, ensure visual standards across all zones, and keep fitting rooms guest-ready with brand standards.
• Ensure store safety and asset protection, comply with policies, and uphold high integrity.
