TikTok is seeking a data-focused Intern in Los Angeles to analyze seller LIVE performance, build dashboards, and drive actionable insights. You will work across live metrics, activation, retention, and content quality while coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.

This role emphasizes data quality, reporting efficiency, and documenting learnings for reusable playbooks. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and clear communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; preferred majors include Business Analytics, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong interest in data analysis, performance tracking, project management, and content commerce.
• Comfortable working with data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze seller LIVE performance across areas such as LIVE supply, active sellers, duration and frequency, viewer engagement, conversion, and GMV-related outcomes.
• Identify key drivers, trends, seller segments, and growth opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support deep-dives on category performance, seller activation, retention, content quality, and other priority business questions.
• Evaluate the impact of product features and operational programs, and consolidate learnings for future iterations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting views for seller LIVE business health and initiative performance.
• Establish tracking logic and reporting standards, including metric definitions, cadence, data sources, and change logs.
• Prepare weekly performance readouts and concise summaries highlighting progress, gaps, risks, and next steps.
• Improve data quality and reporting efficiency by identifying missing signals, inconsistent definitions, or manual processes.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; surface risks and propose next steps.
• Support seller LIVE pilots and scaled programs by ensuring targeting, tracking, communications, and reporting are ready before launch.
• Own meeting hygiene, including agendas, notes, action items, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Document results and reusable playbooks so successful approaches can be repeated across categories and seller segments.
