Job summary

TikTok is seeking a project intern in Los Angeles to help design creator incentive programs and optimize engagement across clusters. You will work on data-driven analyses, track progress with dashboards, and contribute to post-mortem reviews to improve ROI and registrations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research or related major.
• Proven experience in data/business analytics, including consulting and internet companies.

Responsibilities

• Design creator incentive programs that align with each cluster’s merchandising focus.
• Incorporate cluster-specific creator needs into program logic and reward structures.
• Track utilization rates and task progress using dashboards and internal tools.
• Conduct performance diagnostics to identify root causes behind low registration or ROI; generate data-driven insights and actionable improvement plans.
• Conduct comprehensive post-mortem reviews to assess performance and identify areas for optimization.
