Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the LIVE team in Los Angeles. You will build dashboards and perform analyses to inform decision-making for live operations and growth.

You will collaborate with product, operations, and R&D, leveraging Excel, SQL, Hive, and Python to deliver insights and drive optimization across APAC and US teams.

The role requires strong data skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis for internet products.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and languages, including Excel, SQL, Hive, and Python.
• Experience in data analysis, visualization, and building reports or dashboards.
• High proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive dashboards across key business areas for TikTok LIVE.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support operational initiatives.
• Analyze growth drivers and propose optimization plans for the product and business.
• Collaborate with product/operations/R&D to implement optimization and realize growth.
• Design and evaluate business models and core metrics.
