Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and management of paid advertising creatives and build reusable case libraries.
• Communicate with creators on recruitment, campaigns, publishing, and feedback.
• Collect and organize creator-growth data; maintain weekly tracking and translate into actions.
• Assist with creator incentive programs, including ROI assessment and audience selection.
• Contribute to creator journey design by turning feedback into product requirements.
• Research creators, competitors, and best practices to support growth experiments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners; track milestones and risks to drive projects.
