Job summary

TikTok Shop US is seeking a project intern in Los Angeles to organize and analyze operational data, and support cross-functional programs. You will gain hands-on experience through short-term projects, developing practical data skills and professional insight in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include data reporting, survey design, and creating visualizations using Excel. This role offers an hourly wage and benefits, with opportunities to learn project management and collaboration

Qualifications

• Proficient in data cleansing and analysis.
• Advanced Excel functions; able to consolidate, analyze and visualize data.
• Strong written capability with clear, structured documents and reports.
• Experience in cross-functional projects is a plus, adapts quickly to US pace and culture.

Responsibilities

• Organize and analyze operational data (partner GMV, seller GMV) and produce detailed reports.
• Conduct data collation, tracking, and in-depth analysis; present insights with charts and dashboards.
• Draft key documents with accurate, standardized content for internal/external communications.
• Develop questionnaires, coordinate distribution, extract key information from results.
• Collaborate with team to support project plans, track progress, and ensure orderly execution.
