Job summary

TikTok E-commerce is seeking a Data Intern to support high-frequency, detail-oriented, and repetitive data and operational tasks, aiming to improve overall project efficiency. Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to handle repetitive tasks and strong team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end data analysis support for creator merchandizing and data-driven strategies.
• Assist in incubating and growing e-commerce creators through education, operations, and live-stream support.
• Conduct business analyses for central creator team performance, including resource management and strategic formation.
• Analyze creator content quality and traffic to support governance and creator experience at TikTok.
