Job summary

You will support data-driven initiatives, optimize operations, and help shape creator strategy on a leading commerce platform.

The role is ideal for students pursuing related majors, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in statistics, information management, communications, e-commerce or marketing.
• Proficient in Excel or Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis.
• Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work proactively in a team.
• Able to commit at least 5 working days per week for a minimum of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing end‑to‑end support for creator merchandizing through data analysis, business strategy and internal communications.
• Assist in incubating and growing e‑commerce creators through education, operations and live stream support.
• Assist in conducting business analysis for central creator team performance from resource management to strategy.
• Assist in analyzing creator content quality and traffic for governance and TikTok experience.
