Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Logistics Seller Growth Project Intern for the TikTok Shop supply chain. Based in Seattle, you will recruit new sellers, analyze growth opportunities, and partner with internal teams to improve the seller experience on the FBT program.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with senior standing preferred.
• Interest in e-commerce, data analysis, or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new sellers to the FBT platform and drive growth.
• Identify growth opportunities within the seller portfolio.
• Analyze performance trends and report insights.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations cross-functionally.
• Develop training materials and onboarding content for sellers.
• Support seller questions and feedback to improve experience.
