Qualifications

• Comfortable pricing and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a client book for materials testing, special inspection, and geotechnical services.
• Scope, price, and write proposals; negotiate terms; convert opportunities into signed work.
• Serve as engineer of record on won projects; review field and lab data; seal reports.
• Direct technicians and inspectors; coordinate with the lab on testing schedules.
• Represent the company at owner meetings, pre-construction meetings, and industry events.
