The role offers a full-time schedule Tuesday through Saturday, averaging about 40 hours per week, with a focus on driving occupancy and customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will oversee staff, coordinate repairs with vendors, manage delinquency actions, and build referral partnerships in the local community.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States at time of hire.
• Ability to manage store operations and customer accounts.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with vendors.
• Proficiency with standard office software and mobile apps.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained property.
• Organize and delegate tasks to team members.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and improvements.
• Build relationships with local apartment communities and businesses for referrals.
• Handle delinquency actions, lock operations, and customer rental processes.
• Tour spaces and assist customers through the rental process.
• Maintain timely email and phone correspondence.
• Manage deposits, cash handling, and petty cash.
• Identify operational improvements and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Meet KPIs for budget, occupancy, and rentals.
• Conduct property walks and security checks.
