Job summary

All Self Storage, operated by Universal Storage Group, is seeking a full-time on-site Manager in a fast-paced self-storage environment. You will greet customers, help select unit sizes, process rentals, and ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained.

You’ll handle payments, follow up on past due accounts, and participate in monthly marketing efforts while supporting a team that emphasizes great service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Background check completed successfully.
• Drug screen required prior to employment.
• Attitude and Aptitude Testing performed during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers at the facility with a smile and handshake.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate unit size for rentals.
• Complete all rental paperwork accurately.
• Perform regular facility walkthroughs and lock checks; post payments.
• Track and follow up on past due accounts.
• Maintain records of customer information, payments and notes.
• Process daily bank deposits and postings as instructed.
• Support monthly marketing activities (Calls, visits, emails, social media, events).
• Maintain merchandise for sale and ensure units are clean and presentable.
• Keep grounds, offices, and restrooms in good condition.
