Storage Asset Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales and customer service for our self-storage facilities. You will convert inquiries into rentals, deliver engaging tours, and maintain a premium facility appearance.

The role emphasizes executing local marketing plans, community involvement, and mentoring junior staff, with an emphasis on strong communication and a proactive sales mindset. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in property management, leasing, or retail is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Convert inquiries into storage rentals and act as sales champion.
• Provide compelling facility tours and ensure top-notch customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented facility and conduct daily inspections.
• Develop and execute marketing plans per guidelines and local trends.
• Build presence in local associations and community events to generate leads.
• Mentor assistant managers and support rent collection and accounting records.
