US Storage Centers in Oregon is seeking an Assistant Manager for Redmond, Prineville and Bend, OR. This full-time role pays $18.00-$19.00/hour, with Monday–Friday hours and Saturdays, offering full benefits and a clear growth path within Westport Properties.

You will drive sales, manage customer service, show and rent units, handle delinquencies, and oversee daily office tasks, while ensuring a safe, organized property with a strong emphasis on technology and data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with basic computer and office tasks.
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy at the facility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, walk-in, and online inquiries.
• Show, rent, and clean units; upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage delinquencies through calls, letters, and invoicing.
• Handle daily office operations: opening/closing, petty cash, deposits, reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property with light maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with auction prep as required by law.
• Maintain organized tenant documentation.
