Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organization are essential.
• Experience leasing storage and managing a team is preferred.
• Ability to handle maintenance tasks and supervise on-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements and handle monetary transactions.
• Clean vacated units and maintain property cleanliness.
• Promote and sell storage solutions to customers.
• Assist with light maintenance and supervise onsite projects.
