Job summary

Mini Mall Storage is seeking a Site Manager (Self Storage) to deliver exceptional customer service, handle leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payments. You will keep the facility clean, secure, and compliant while helping tenants find the right storage solutions.

You will oversee daily property operations, coordinate maintenance, develop local marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy, train staff, and partner with leadership on budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development, including serving as a trainer for property staff.
