Job summary

Mini Mall Storage is seeking a Site Manager (Self Storage) in the United States. The role blends customer service, sales, and property operations at our facilities, ensuring an outstanding tenant experience and efficiently run operations.

You will lead daily activities, manage leasing and payments, and coordinate repairs while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming site. This is a daytime full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development, including serving as a trainer for property staff.
