Mini Mall Storage is seeking a Site Manager to blend customer service, sales and property operations at a busy self-storage facility in Atlanta, GA. You will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while meeting occupancy and revenue goals.

The position offers a full-time daytime schedule with a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan. You will lead a small onsite team, coordinate leasing, payments, and records, and report to the Regional

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing day-to-day activities of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development, including serving as a trainer for property staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
