You will handle sales, operations, and day-to-day tasks across the site, delivering solutions for clients and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. U SG offers three-phase training, ongoing development, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Background Check clearance.
• Drug Screen.
• Attitude and Aptitude Testing.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile and handshake.
• Help customers determine the best unit size.
• Complete all rental paperwork.
• Perform facility walk-throughs and lock checks.
• Post payments received the same day.
• Track and follow up on past due accounts.
• Maintain records of customer payments and notes.
• Do daily bank deposits and post receipts.
• Conduct monthly marketing (Calls, Visits, Emails, Social Posts, Events).
• Maintain merchandise for customer purchases.
• Clean vacant units to rentable condition.
• Keep the office, grounds and bathrooms clean and presentable.
