Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Background check must be cleared.

• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers at the facility with a friendly welcome.
• Help customers select the appropriate unit size.
• Complete all rental paperwork accurately.
• Conduct facility walk-throughs and lock checks.
• Post payments and manage receipts for daily transactions.
• Track past-due accounts and follow up accordingly.
• Maintain customer records, payments, and notes.
• Perform daily bank deposits as instructed.
• Support monthly marketing efforts (calls, visits, emails, social posts, events).
• Keep merchandise tidy and units clean and ready for rental.
• Ensure grounds, office, and bathrooms are clean and presentable.
