Job summary

Universal Storage Group in Garfield Heights, OH seeks a reliable Relief Manager to support store operations six days a week. You will greet customers, process rentals, maintain records, and ensure clean, safe facilities while upholding company standards.

Training is provided in three phases by certified trainers, with ongoing development, competitive benefits, healthcare, 401k, and paid holidays. This role offers daily cash handling and customer service variety.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Background Check
• Drug Screen
• Attitude and Aptitude Testing

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers at the facility with a smile and handshake
• Help customers determine unit size and complete rental paperwork
• Perform scheduled facility walk-throughs and lock checks
• Post payments and track past due accounts
• Maintain customer records and records of payments and notes
• Make daily bank deposits and post receipts
• Conduct monthly marketing activities (calls, visits, emails, social posts, events)
• Maintain merchandise for customer purchases
• Clean vacant units and keep grounds, office, and bathrooms clean
• Prepare auction units per procedure and lien laws
• Other duties as needed
