Universal Storage Group is seeking a Relief Manager for Ringgold Self Storage in a part-time capacity. The role blends sales, customer service, and daily operations. You will handle rentals, paperwork, payments, and store maintenance while contributing to a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

Oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and cash handling accuracy

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a smile and handshake
Help customers choose appropriate unit size
Complete rental paperwork accurately
Conduct daily facility checks and lock inspections
Post receipts and monitor daily payments
Track past due accounts and follow up as needed
Maintain orderly records and notes for customers
Perform daily bank deposits as instructed
Assist with monthly marketing activities (calls, visits, emails, social posts)
Keep merchandise stocked and units clean and ready for rent
