Ringgold Self Storage, part of Universal Storage Group, is seeking a Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train under USG trainers in sales, operations, auctions, and marketing techniques to provide client solutions.

Role emphasizes multi-hat duties across sales, administration, maintenance, and marketing, with ongoing training and potential for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Background Check required.
• Drug Screen required.
• Attitude and Aptitude Testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and handshake.
• Assist customers in selecting the best unit size.
• Complete paperwork for each rental accurately.
• Perform scheduled facility walk-throughs and lock checks.
• Post receipts and daily payments.
• Monitor and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Maintain customer records and notes.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and post receipts as instructed.
• Engage in monthly marketing activities: calls, visits, emails, social posts, events.
• Maintain merchandise for customer purchases.
• Keep vacant units clean and rentable.
