Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a General Manager for its Prime Storage Group facilities in Draper, UT. You will manage daily operations, drive occupancy, handle payments, assist with moving trucks, and ensure clean, secure properties while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires 2–4 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, strong communication, ability to lift 50 lbs, and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with involvement in profit-and-loss management
• High School diploma or GED required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and POS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform routine maintenance
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer interactions in-person and over the phone to meet tenants' needs
• Generate sales and maintain high occupancy levels through advertising and customer relations
• Manage daily operations, including collections, deposits, and customer calls
• Show and rent units by understanding tenant needs and offering storage solutions
• Actively sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, and cross-sell other facilities
• Assist with auction preparations and tenant communications with compassion
• Maintain curb appeal by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and security, and perform minor maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
