You will handle rentals, maintenance, marketing, and team coordination; benefits include training, competitive pay, healthcare, and growth opportunities. Must be customer-focused, reliable, and willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate should demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
• Sales experience or aptitude is beneficial for rentals.
• Marketing activities and community engagement are part of the role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and handshake.
• Assist customers in choosing the right unit size.
• Complete rental paperwork accurately.
• Conduct facility walk-throughs and lock checks.
• Post payments received and track past-due accounts.
• Maintain merchandise and keep facilities clean and presentable.
• Lead monthly marketing efforts: calls, visits, emails, social posts.
• Prepare units for auctions as needed.
