Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and securing the facility.
• Drive sales through rentals, protection plans, and merchandise.
• Maintain compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence.
• Resolve customer escalations professionally and promptly.
• Coach and mentor the Assistant General Manager and staff.
• Help team meet KPIs and train on safety procedures.
