Devon Self Storage is hiring a Full-Time General Manager in Jackson, MS. You will lead daily operations, drive store sales, manage customer experience, and mentor the team to achieve KPIs while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Proven ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing and security of the facility.
• Drive sales through rentals, protection plans, and merchandise to meet targets.
• Maintain compliance, safety standards and operational excellence.
• Resolve customer escalations professionally and promptly.
• Build lasting customer relationships and deliver a high-touch experience.
• Coach and mentor the Assistant General Manager and staff.
