Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to perform indoors and outdoors with exposure to environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and security of the facility.
• Drive rentals and sales performance and manage merchandise and protection plans.
• Coach, train and mentor the Assistant General Manager and staff.
• Ensure compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence.
• Process payments, balance receipts and complete bank deposits.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and deliver high-touch service.
