Devon Self Storage, based in Memphis, TN, is hiring a Full-Time Assistant General Manager for the store at 1215 E Shelby Dr. The role covers shifts at other Memphis locations as needed and centers on delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and smooth daily operations.

You will help customers choose storage options, process payments, and build lasting relationships. The position emphasizes growth opportunities, training, and a balanced schedule with no late-night retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently when needed and follow through on assignments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and secure the store daily.
• Meet and exceed sale goals through rentals, protection plans, and other merchandise.
• Ensure products are ordered, received, stocked, priced and displayed properly.
• Assist General Manager with the online auction process and training provided.
