Mini Mall Storage Properties is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to join our fast-growing team at the Palatine location. You will blend customer service, sales, and property operations to help customers find the right storage solutions while keeping the facility safe, clean, and welcoming.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person, by phone, and online; converting leads into rentals; completing rental agreements and payments; supporting collections; conducting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
