Preferred candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and strong communication abilities. The role requires team collaboration and adherence to safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal sales processes to convert leads into sales through phone, online, and walk-in channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate auction processes for delinquent units in line with laws and company guidelines.
• Use market knowledge for pricing strategy development and target demographics.
• Complete rental agreements, protection plans, and apply applicable discounts.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure daily reconciliation of rent payments and financial transactions.
• Support property improvements to improve customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
• Conduct regular unit inventory walkthroughs and uphold brand standards and security.
