Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Proven ability to upsell or suggest additional services to customers.
• Comfort with driving between locations and handling basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and makeSuggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Keep customer payments current by making reminder and collection calls when required.
