Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work across multiple locations, combining inside and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs and upsell packing supplies, perform daily inspections, and help keep accounts current with payments.

Eligible candidates are customer-service oriented in retail or service environments, with a valid driver’s license and access to their own vehicle for travel between sites. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations; spend time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
