Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, combining indoor and outdoor tasks with direct customer service. Responsibilities include assessing storage needs, suggesting supplies, and daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

You will audit cash drawers, process deposits, and help customers stay current on payments. The role requires travel between sites, manual tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds, and driving your own vehicle with mileage

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centric sales environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest options, including packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
