Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs and make recommendations for packing and moving supplies, while ensuring spaces are ready to rent through daily inspections.

Responsibilities include auditing cash drawers, processing deposits, and assisting customers with payments and collections as needed. You will travel between sites using your own vehicle and maintain curb appeal and grounds as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with customers.
• Comfort with daily cash handling and basic banking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required.
• Travel between multiple locations and use own vehicle; mileage reimbursement may apply.
