Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based industries.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend products and services.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel between locations using own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and send reminders/collect outstanding balances as needed.
• Travel between different work locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursement available.
