Mini Mall Storage Properties is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) in Florence, MS. You will blend customer service, sales, and property operations to match customers with storage solutions while keeping the facility clean, safe, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Background check required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
