• Passion for sales and understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Renting self storage and selling related merchandise and ancillary services.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Process payments and reconcile daily transactions; complete daily deposits.
• Perform collections for past-due accounts and prepare Auction Sales paperwork.
• Prepare and submit reports to District Manager; manage store staff schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the facility; supervise minor repairs and contractors.
