Go Store It - Self Storage is seeking a dependable Self-Storage Property Manager in Richmond, VA. You will walk the property daily, perform light maintenance, keep the facilities clean, and assist customers on-site to ensure smooth operations.

You will be responsible for turning over units after move-outs and checking gates, lights, and alarms. We offer a stable full-time role with benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks.
• Fix minor repairs like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and patch work.
• Keep the facility clean across all areas: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on-site and provide help as needed.
• Maintain a well-kept property you’re proud to stand behind.
