Responsibilities

• Rent self-storage units and sell related products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service; handle inquiries promptly.
• Accept and process payments; reconcile and deposit daily.
• Perform collections for past-due accounts and related tasks.
• Prepare operational, accounting, and marketing reports as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and property upkeep; supervise repairs.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance and contractors.
• Inspect store daily for security and policy compliance.
• Handle basic facility operations and minor maintenance tasks.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
