Go Store It - Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to oversee on-site operations at our Richmond, VA property, ensuring security, maintenance, and outstanding customer service. You will train new hires, update unit status, adjust rates, handle escalations, and walk the property daily to spot issues.

You’ll keep hallways and units clean and ensure gates, lights, and alarms work. We promote from within and provide full-time hours, benefits (health, dental, vision, life insurance),

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid.
• Training new hires following training manually.
• Updating unit status.
• Adjusting rates.
• Handling customer escalations not related to employee complaints.
• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
• Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you're proud to be part of.
