Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail experience preferred
• 2+ years Supervisor or Leadership experience preferred
• Self motivated with excellent time management and accountability
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a team
• Flexible schedule including weekends; punctual and reliable
• Strong sales aptitude and ability to identify cross-selling opportunities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem solving and professional demeanor
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Rent self storage units and sell related merchandise and services
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly
• Accept and process payments; reconcile daily transactions and deposits
• Perform collection tasks for past-due accounts and prepare Auction Sales paperwork
• Prepare reports and schedules for store operations and staff
• Maintain property cleanliness and security; supervise minor repairs
• Monitor security systems and write maintenance requests as needed
• Communicate repairs or large issues to District Manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
