Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage Group in Utah. You will rent units, greet customers, upsell moving products, and maintain a clean, safe property while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 1–2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Availability to travel to Orem, Mapleton, and Payson locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and Point of Sale systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook is required.
• Must be physically able to perform routine maintenance duties daily and lift up to 50lbs.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone and walk-ins.
• Maintain accounts receivable, posting payments and processing.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Understand and sell features and benefits of the property.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Contribute to positive customer reviews and feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance standards across the property.
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
