Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Prime Storage Group locations, where you will be the frontline contact with customers, rent units and trucks, and drive sales while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will build strong customer relationships, upsell moving products, and maintain property standards. A 1–2 year relevant background, high school diploma, and tech-savviness with POS systems are required. Location-based responsibilities include travel and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and ability to learn new applications, including POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Rent self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert inquiries into rentals via phone or walk-ins.
• Maintain accounts receivable through collections, posting payments, and processing.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly and professionally; sell features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely, effective manner.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and appearance meet standards.
• Inspect the property and perform lock checks; assist with maintenance tasks.
