Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a skilled SPW Supervisor to oversee self-perform field operations, ensuring safety and quality on site. You will coordinate SPW crews, manage resources, and maintain documentation to support project leadership decisions.

You will guide field teams, promote collaborative problem solving, and ensure adherence to project plans while advancing self-perform execution across multiple trades. This role prioritizes safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years of SPW field engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required; completion within 6 months of hire.
• OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.
• ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports management and development of SPW field workforce and mentors team.
• Supervises daily SPW site activities and enforces quality control and safety standards.
• Coordinates delivery and allocation of materials, tools, and equipment for SPW tasks.
• Maintains accurate daily logs and progress reports for SPW activities and milestones.
• Communicates field updates and concerns to SPW leadership for timely resolution.
• Participates in safety meetings and site inspections to foster accountability.
• Escalates complex issues to project leadership and supports site operations.
